How do I get product support?

Where do I manage subscriptions?

Subscriptions in 2Q and SumSquare are optional and managed in your App Store settings.

How do refunds work?

All purchases are handled by Apple. For refunds, use the App Store purchase history and request a refund there.

How do I report a bug?

Send the app name, version, device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots or a short clip help a lot.

Do you collect personal data?
