These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and RoxyKovu LLC (“RoxyKovu,” “we,” “us”). These Terms apply to our applications, including SumSquare™, 2Q - 20 Questions™, PatchShepherd™, and other applications we publish (each, the “App”).

1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RoxyKovu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable app store rules.

3) Ownership

This application (the "App") and all of its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of RoxyKovu LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4) Company Overview

RoxyKovu LLC is a U.S.-registered limited liability company dedicated to creating thoughtful, human-centered digital experiences. All applications, content, and related materials developed by RoxyKovu LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5) Trademarks

• SumSquare™ and the SumSquare logo are trademarks of RoxyKovu LLC.
• 2Q - 20 Questions™ and related names, logos, and visual elements are trademarks of RoxyKovu LLC.
  
• Fitness for the Fighting Man (FFM)™ is a trademark of Expeditionary Grindset and is produced in partnership with RoxyKovu LLC.
  
• PatchShepherd™ and related names, logos, and visual elements are trademarks of RoxyKovu LLC.

• All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

6) Copyright

All software code, artwork, audio, text, and other materials included in the App are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. No part of the App may be copied, distributed, modified, or transmitted without prior written consent from RoxyKovu LLC.

7) Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the App
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
• 
  

8) Subscriptions and Billing

If the App offers subscriptions, the following applies:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.

App-store providers process purchases separately and may have additional terms that apply to your purchase.

9) Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoxyKovu LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RoxyKovu LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
